This coffee is co-fermented using fresh fruit pulp as the natural fermentation medium , without the addition of commercial yeast, cultivated microbes, or external fermentation cultures. By allowing the coffee and fruit to interact naturally, we aim to create a fermentation that is expressive, clean, and true to both the coffee and the fruit.
