A micro lot processed in heart of Karnataka, a young and rising processor into speciality coffees, processed under freezing temps to lock-in the sugars and enhance the sweetness of the cup. This coffee was curated as an experiment at the estate and to focus on more speciality side of the coffees. The Coffees have been processed to there can be roast color variation we advise everyone to please judge the coffee on how it tastes.
