All-day cafe around a courtyard by Oxygen Embassy Business Park in Sector 144, with an in-house bakery and a wood-fired oven. Opened December 2024 by Hansraj Singh, Arun Kuntal, Deepak Chaudhary and Sunil Thakur; 8am to 11pm.

Tiny counter at Godawari Complex, Sector 37, with a reputation for speciality coffee far cheaper than it should be. The sandwiches get named as often as the coffee. 10am to 11pm.

Running since 2018 and now at GT 40, Sector 117, from Timothy Immanuel and Sharon Dominica. Indian-estate Arabica and a scratch bakery with no premixes, plus a lounge for workshops. Closed Mondays.
