Presenting First of Farmers Collective coffee from India in TAFCR, Planted and Processed at Ammikulavi Estate in Heart of Pulney Hills in the elevations of Tamil Nadu, India A mix of S9, S10, S795 & Caturra are hand selected and Floated to remove low density floaters in a tank and the best selected cherries are left in an anaerobic tank for 74-96hr with Pichia Yeast to elevate the coffee and guide the fermentation process further.
