Karadykan is nestled in the Bababudan Giri range at an elevation of 1,200–1,400 MASL. Spread across 320 hectares and receiving nearly 100 inches of rainfall each year, the estate is encircled by three hills and nourished by a network of natural springs. Its landscape is alive with wildlife, with herds of Indian gaur and spotted deer frequently roaming the property.
