Garigekhan Estate - CAT - 129

We’re excited to share our first release from Garigekhan Estate, a special lot in more ways than one. It marks the estate’s foray into a new Arabica varietal, and showcases what close collaboration between roasters and producers can achieve. In 2020, Garigekhan introduced Catimor 129, a low-intervention varietal, to their land. The producers planted 170 plants and have spent the past few years observing how the variety has taken to their terroir.
