Kerehaklu Estate - Blossom Culture Washed - Chikmagalur - Light Roast

It's our first time working with Pranoy, and we're stoked to be launching this micro lot. The block itself tells the story: gajje lemon and avocado in the understory, cluster figs and Indian redcedar in the canopy, and red iron-rich soil with strong microbial activity. Processed as a Blossom Culture Washed lot — 43 hours of anoxic fermentation, then 19 days drying in a polyhouse, hand-raked every 30 minutes on raised beds.
