Riverdale Estate – Fruit Punch

Producer Series ’25 opens with a welcome return from Prakashan Balaraman of Riverdale, a pioneer pushing boundaries through experiments with fruit fermentation and rare varietals. For this special lot, Prakashan went a step further, using a blend of tropical fruits during fermentation instead of just one. Ripe cherries were handpicked and triple-washed to remove any floaters before fermentation began.
